<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that it is difficult that opinion sentences about objects different in action periods are compared in accordance with elapsed times from action start days and days when the opinion sentences are written. <P>SOLUTION: A name of an object, a type of an action, and an elapsed time from an action start day are input using an information input device. The action start day is acquired from an action information storage device 5 in accordance with the input name and action type (2). An opinion sentence corresponding to a description day according with the action start day acquired in accordance with the type of the action for the input object, the input elapsed time, and the name of the object is acquired from an object sentence storage device 6 (3).
