PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a resistive element to be formed on a substrate provided with pixels can be formed with excellent reliability. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with at least a thin film transistor and a resistive element on a substrate. On the substrate, successively laminated gate electrode, insulating film, semiconductor layer and conductor layer are provided. The resistive element is formed with the semiconductor layer formed between the ends of wiring composed of the conductor layer as a resistor, and at least one conductor layer separated from the ends is formed between the ends of the wiring on the semiconductor layer.
