PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high definition and thick optical sheet having light reflective stripe pattern, its manufacturing method, and back light unit and display thereof. SOLUTION: The optical sheet comprises a light scattering layer 26 for scattering the incident light, an adhesive layer or adhesion layer 32, a light shielding pattern layer arranged with a plurality of light transmission parts 46 and light reflection parts 48, and a plurality of optical elements 44 for narrowing the diffusion range of the transmission light passed through the light transmission parts 46 of the light shielding pattern layer. The optical elements 44 has a lenticular structure such that unit lenses are arranged in parallel stripes on the one side of the transparent substrate 39, and the light reflection parts 48 having light reflection function on the other side of the lenticular surface. The light reflection parts 48 has a stripe structure corresponding 1 to 1 to each unit lens. In the optical sheet, the light reflection part 48 is formed of light degradable resin containing white pigment.
