PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car-inside load monitor for elevator, which displays an average value of a car-inside load of an elevator, as a support device easy to be structured when adjusting mass of a counterweight. SOLUTION: An elevator system structured of a motor for driving an elevator car, a sheave connected to the motor, and a car and a counterweight suspended by the sheave through a rope comprises a storage means 31 structured of a memory, a data control means 32 for storing load data which expresses a load inside the car detected by a car-inside load detecting device 12 immediately before starting the car per start of the car in the storage means, a car load diagnosing means 33 for computing an average value of the load data stored in the storage means, and a display means 30a displaying the average value computed by the car load diagnosing means.
