摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the checking work of any abnormal state of each laser beam machining apparatus even when a plurality of laser beam machining apparatuses such as laser beam marking devices are used. <P>SOLUTION: In a laser beam machining apparatus unit system, a plurality of laser beam machining apparatuses are connected in a router network using, for example, a TCP/IP. Each laser beam machining apparatus is provided with an abnormality detection means 5, a self device abnormality storage means 6, a communication means 7, an other device abnormality storage means 8, and an abnormality detection output means 9. The communication means 7 performs the transmission/reception through the communication with a plurality of other devices, transmits any abnormal state (identification information and content of abnormality) of the self device to all other transmittable/receivable devices, and receives any abnormal state (identification information and content of abnormality) of other devices.
