FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: device is designed to be arranged on the vessel opening and contains a ledge to be jointed with the vessel nearby the said hole. The device incorporates also a cover arranged nearby the hole and including a compartment that comes into the hole when cover stops the said hole. Also, the device contains a catch connected to the cover. With the compartment in the hole or nearby it and the cover moving towards the vessel as required, the catch acts on the ledge so that the latter moves to the position wherein it opens the compartment.
