A toilet bowl cover having a penetration hole capable of embedding an aromatic or a deodorizer is provided. A toilet bowl cover(11) embedded with an aromatic is characterized in that: a penetration hole(12) is formed in the center of the toilet bowl cover; a lower structure(13) in which the aromatic is capable of being embedded is inserted into the penetration hole and joined with an upper structure(14); the lower structure is formed to a disk-shaped structure(19) having a large diameter than the penetration hole such that the lower structure is not fallen into the penetration hole or separated from the penetration hole when joining the lower structure with the upper structure; a plurality of air holes(17) are formed in the center of the disk-shaped structure; and a cylindrical structure(20) in which the aromatic or a deodorizer is embedded to a predetermined height is formed on a top portion of a disk-shaped structure(18) such that the cylindrical structure is inserted into the penetration hole.
