A solid imaging device and a signal processing method using the solid imaging device are provided to reduce the transmission time of signal due to generating transmission signal by summing output signals of antiglare pixel elements. The array of pixel(2) includes a plurality of light accepting pixel elements and plurality of antiglare pixel elements and process signal by a row and a column. A reading part(3) reads out the output signal of the antiglare pixel element and light accepting pixel element. An AD conversion unit converts the output signal from the reading part. The AD conversion unit(4) transmits the sum of the output signal of adjacent plurality of antiglare pixel elements.
