PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To performs partial color adjustment that respectively suitable to color images. SOLUTION: When moving a color point in a prescribed area including a color point to be an adjustment object in an color image toward a color point in the prescribed area including the color point to be the adjustment object on the basis of a prescribed parameter, a color image in which the color point has been moved is compared with the original color image before movement of the color point, and a parameter is changed on the basis of a movement amount of the color point in one or a plurality of pixel units on the color image.
