<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce failure in a communication system through a power line connected with an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device 2 has: a PLC (Power Line Communication) communication part 50 receiving image data from the power line; a fixing device 100 receiving supply of power from the power line, and fixing an image formed based on the image data received in the PLC communication part 50 onto a paper sheet P; and a control part 20 instructing the other device connected to the power line about forbiddance or permission of communication based on a supply state of the power to the fixing device 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
