A wire tensioner is provided to install and to regulate the tension of a wire easily, to omit a complicated installation process, and to reduce the cost and time required for installation of a structure. A wire tensioner(100) for fixing a wire of a fence structure and regulating the tension of a wire comprises a holding arm(160) having a wire hole formed in the shape of a pipe to insert and penetrate a wire, a wire fixture(180) to fix a wire at the end of one side and a spiral part(170) with a spiral(171) formed from the wire fixture to the other end on the external surface, a rotator(110) having a hole with a spiral corresponded to the spiral of the spiral part and coupled with the spiral part by the hole, and a clip coupled to a clip groove formed in the rotator.
