PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn-heating heater enabling a plurality of yarns to be heated to different temperatures. SOLUTION: The yarn-heating heater 1 for heating the plurality of the yarns to be heated to the different temperatures includes a heat insulation part 2 having a low heat conductivity, a heat-releasing part 3 formed on the inside of the heat insulation part 2, and a plurality of yarn passages 4 for guiding the plurality of the yarns in the yarn-traveling direction Ya, and is constituted so that the heat from the heat-releasing part 3 may be transmitted through the heat insulation part 2 to each of the yarn passages 4, and the yarn passages 4 may be heated to different temperatures.
