A wheel keyboard is provided to remove the inconvenience of using a mouse with a hand to use a wheel in the document work by combining the function of an existing keyboard with the wheel function of an exiting mouse. A wheel keyboard is implemented by combining the function of a mouse and the function of a wheel with an existing keyboard. And it also comprises a hold function used when the wheel function is not used. The wheel is installed in an empty space beside an ESC key so that a use can conveniently use the wheel function without moving his/her hand to the mouse.
