PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminally modified polycarbonate resin composition that exhibits excellent molding processability and accompanies neither coloration (yellowing) nor opacification at the time of molding and is useful as an industrial material by using a polycarbonate resin that has a high content of living organism-originating substances and exhibits good heat resistance and thermal stability. SOLUTION: The terminally modified polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a terminally modified polycarbonate resin (component A) comprised of a polycarbonate resin which has a main chain structure composed of a carbonate-constituting unit represented by isosorbide and contains 0.3-9.0 wt%, based on the polymer main chain structure, of a terminal group represented by an alcohol or phenol at a polycarbonate polymer chain end, 0.001-0.3 pt.wt. of a phosphite-type phosphorus-containing heat stabilizer (component B) represented by a spiro-ring structure and 0.0005-0.1 pt.wt. of a hindered phenol heat stabilizer (component C).
