摘要 An apparatus and a method for measuring the size and number of droplet/plug and minute particle of liquid are provided to measure the quantity of light penetrating materials according to time, obtain the number of the materials from change in the light quantity, and easily calculate the size of the materials with the injection speed, the micro-channel width of a lab-on-a-chip, and the time. A microfluid measuring apparatus(1) comprises a light source(10) irradiating the light, a lab-on-a-chip(30) having a micro-channel in which the light of the light source enters, pumps(21,23) injecting a first and a second material into the micro-channel of the lab-on-a-chip at a specific speed, an objective lens(40) magnifying the image of the lab-on-a-chip, a photo multiplier(50) measuring the quantity of visible ray passing through the micro-channel of the lab-on-a-chip, and a calculator(60) calculating the volume and number of the first and the second materials formed in the micro-channel with the quantity of light entering the photo multiplier.
