PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the treatment cost becomes high since a conventional treatment apparatus generates malodor or the like in the case of recycling waste food as feed for livestock. SOLUTION: The drying apparatus comprises a vacuum dry treatment tank 1, an electromagnetic induction type heating apparatus 2, and a dry type vacuum pump 5: and a cooling apparatus 3 for cooling a gas generated in the vacuum dry treatment tank 1 and a cyclone separator apparatus 4 for removing the compressive gasified components such as water and oil from the cooled gas are installed between the vacuum dry treatment tank 1 and the dry type vacuum pump 5. The vacuum dry treatment tank 1 having a cylindrical shape is installed in the state that the cylindrical center axis 10 is slanted from the perpendicular direction and the direction 26 of an aperture of the electromagnetic induction type heating apparatus 2 in the tank is set while being slanting from the perpendicular direction and an object to be treated is stirred by a stirring apparatus 13 having a rotary shaft in the same direction as the cylindrical center axis 10.
