FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: multipurpose grain packer for loading agricultural products into polyethylene containers includes frame with fixed arch and bottom tray, n-shaped brackets for transport mode transfer, feeding mechanism with feeding screw, removable receiving hopper, lifting mesh and hoist. In addition grain packer is equipped with hydraulic brake system with stationary brake pulley displaced on frame and connected to brake shaft, container lifting mechanism implemented so that lifting mesh could move, and towed screw conveyor. The latter consists of feeder housing, receiving housing, connecting cone-shaped hopper and two screws interlinked through bearing and coupling. Besides screws are equipped with two hydraulic motors installed on screw end shafts. Three wheels are installed on receiving housing of screw conveyor. Wheels are fixed on bushings rotating around their axes capable of turning to 360° and transferring to transport and operating modes. Transfer axis with two wheels is installed on feeder housing and equipped with mechanical lifting drive. Arch is semi-oval replicating the shape of filled container in its proportions. Product supply mechanism with screw is tilted. Besides feeding screw is directly connected to drive shaft through bearing and coupling with spline axis of connection. Front and rear sides of removable receiving hopper are represented as collapsible metal doors provided with lifting buffers. Side walls are made of thick plastic material and can change in shape. ^ EFFECT: more even filling of containers, simplified drive system of feeding screw, possibility of loading from cars supplying products to receiving hopper or from ground. |
