<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new microreactor in which a thin film having a regular mesopore structure is used so that a catalyst, which is hardly carried usually, can be fixed easily, and the inside of which has a pore structure of a mesoporous body so that a reaction using the catalyst and a catalytic carrier for carrying the catalyst can efficiently be performed and further a pressure loss of a reactive fluid can be made extremely small. <P>SOLUTION: The microreactor is characterized in that the thin film of mesoporous silica is fixed on the inside surface of a hollow micro channel, the thickness of the thin film of mesoporous silica is≤200 nm and the thin film of mesoporous silica has the regular mesopore structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
