PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fastening detection system capable of determining abnormal conditions in the screw fastening order and of detecting torque upon the completion of screw fastening. SOLUTION: This screw fastening detection system includes: a set tool 1 for setting work 3 having a plurality of screw holes 5, 5; an electric screwdriver 4 for fastening screws to the screw holes 5, 5; load detection means mounted in a position for regulating the rotation of the set tool 1; and a plurality of supporting pins 6, 6. The set tool 1 is formed with insertion holes 10 in the facing positions directly below the screw holes 5 of the set work 3. When screw fastening is performed to the screw hole 5 by an electric screwdriver 4, a supporting pin 6 is inserted into the insertion hole 10 to rotatably support the set tool 1 by the supporting pin 6. Upon operating the electric screwdriver 4, the torque of the set tool 1 generated in the screw fastening rotation direction is detected by a load cell to determine whether the screw fastening is performed to the screw hole 5 at predetermined torque, thereby detecting the abnormal conditions in the screw fastening order and the completion of the screw fastening.
