PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end plate of a motor preventing an outer peripheral portion of a rotor core from being damaged by supporting the laminated rotor core more securely. SOLUTION: The end plate 22 of the motor 1 is arranged at an end of the laminated rotor core 21 of the motor 1, and supports from both sides of a direction of lamination of the rotor core 21, wherein the end plate is formed into a plate shape having a tapered face.
