FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: press-hammer contains guide pipes, weight dropper and pipe liners with length of 0.5-250 m. Layers of elastic elements in the form of granules are installed in cavities of pipes as well as layers of rammed loose material. Layers have height of 0.1-249.5 m. Matrices-plungers rest from the bottom side on specified layers of elastic elements and loose material, bottom plugs and rock. They are intended for installation of deforming sheets on them from the top side. Weight dropper is arranged in the form of top and bottom platforms and matrix of one-sided action top die installed between them. Bottom platform has cylindrical cavities filled with loose material to the height of 0.1-2000 mm. Plunger-dies of double-sided action are installed in cavities. From the top side they rest on loose material, elastic element and matrix of top die of one-sided action. Specified plunger-dies of double-sided action are arranged with puncheons that are installed in their bottom part. Puncheons have the possibility of deforming sheets that are installed in matrices-plungers in the moment of impact. ^ EFFECT: increase of parts manufacture accuracy; increase of production accessories service life and reduction of noise and vibration. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
