<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing circuit for efficiently using a port pin of a processor, such as EC, and to provide a processor contained in the processing circuit device, and a processing method. <P>SOLUTION: A presence signal line 2 and a lighting control line 3 of LED 8 are connected in parallel by a common line 1, and EC 5 acquires a presence signal through a common port 11 and the common line 1. The EC outputs a first control signal to control the LED 8 to the lighting control line 3 through the common port 11 and the common line 1.
