METHOD FOR PREPARING ORGANIC/INORGANIC COMPOSITE ELECTROLYTE MEMBRANE AND ELECTRODE COMPRISING METAL(IV)-HYDROGENPHOSPHATE

A method for manufacturing organic/inorganic composite electrolyte membrane and electrode comprising metal(IV)-hydrogen phosphate is provided to realize improved performance in a wet condition at a low cost, without the gelation between a hydrogen ion exchanger of the metal (IV) and polymer. An organic/inorganic composite electrolyte membrane comprises a polymer containing a hydrogen ion exchanger and metal (IV) - hydrogen phosphate (M(IV)(HPO4)2). The organic/inorganic composite electrolyte membrane is prepared by molding a membrane with a mixed solution consisting a polymer having a hydrogen ion exchanger and metal (IV) precursor solution and treating it with a phosphoric acid.
