<p>Dimethylaminoethyl O-acetylmandelate maleate of formula: is a spasmolytic whose anticholinergic and musculotropic activity has been found useful clinically in cases of digestive tract disorders, dysmenoorhea, urinary tract spasms and arterial hypertension.
