A process for the production of chemically bonded building products comprises the preparation of raw mixture, to the composition of which silicate of alkali metal (liquid glass) is included, crude from natural admixtures of clay sand as filler, batch of the raw mixture by its simultaneous dampening, mixing, forming of products and drying. To the raw mixture by mixing the preliminary ground stabilizer in a form of chalk is added. By the providing of the operation of the preparation of the raw mixture the liquid glass is watered down, and the forming of the products is carried out by impact vibration compaction under pressure, besides the drying operation is carried out by heating of mass to temperature 150-250 °С for 2-3 h. |
