A glass furnace for the melting of rocks contains backstone, projection of the backstone, roof, side walls, projection of the roof, burners in the roof, orifices for the raw mixture supply to melting, orifices for the supply of melt to the production. The projection of the backstone is made adjoining to one of the side walls of the glass furnace, the roof of the glass furnace is equipped with the projection in a form of two parallel adjusted among themselves walls, besides between the walls of projections of the roof in the side wall of the glass furnace the body-size hole is made, to which the projection of the backstone is adjoined, made upper of its plane, and outwardly the side walls of the glass furnace throughout its perimeter with the gap to the plane of the side walls the side walls is mounted, which is isolated from above by upper wall of the channel and from below by backstone, forming the passage channel of the incandescent gases, which is separated by plugged wall, giving the possibility to impart the incandescent gases with environment. |
