A rail assembly holder is provided to reduce operation time, and prevent insertion of the foreign material of an adjusting bolt by using the rail assembly holder. The rail assembly holder is comprised of a height control bolt(200) which is perpendicularly installed, an angle adjuster(100) for coupling the height control bolt, a body(10) integrated with the height control bolt, a slide controlling the distance of rail by the left and right. A slide fixer(30) helping the operation of slide, a bolt(40) for moving the slide from side to side, and an actuated clamp(50) which it uses to fix rail.
