There are provided a cargo distribution management system, a palette management system, and a computer-readable storage medium capable of easily reducing the time required for distribution by using a container on a marine transportation, acquiring information for the reduction, and reducing the distribution cost. A cargo distribution management system program executed on a server computer (1) of this system includes accumulation means (102), distribution state instruction means (103), distribution state output means (104), transaction document creation means (107), container storage information creation means (108), inventory calculation means (109), inventory planning means (110), distribution period calculation means (112), palette information accumulation means (121), palette information updating means (122), transportation schedule creation means (123), and reference information transmission means (113), thereby acquiring information for easily reducing the time required for distribution and reducing the distribution cost.
