PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of stabilizing dispensation liquid volume and performing dispensation to a plurality of chambers easily in liquid dispensation using a microchip having a chamber for liquid dispensation. SOLUTION: The centrifugal dispensing microchip 11 for includes a liquid feed space 121; a plurality of weighing spaces 122 communicating with the microchip; chambers 123 communicating with individual weighing spaces 122; and an inflow suppression unit 127 for increasing an inflow resistance pressure caused by capillarity when a liquid is introduced from the weighing spaces 122 to the chambers 123 greater than an inflow resistance pressure when a liquid is introduced from the liquid feed space 121 to the weighing spaces 122. The method for dispensing liquid weighs the liquid corresponding to the volume of the weighing spaces by removing the liquid in the liquid feed space with this chip after introducing the liquid from the liquid feed space to the weighing spaces, and dispenses the liquid which has been weighed to the chambers by the centrifugal force which acts on the chip.
