CONTINUOUS METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF PELLETED MIXED FODDER

A continuous method is disclosed, for production of pelleted mixed fodder from a fodder matrix and one or more solid additives by pretreatment with steam, pelleting in an annular die press with a rotating annular die with radial through drillings, arranged in a fixed housing and which leaves an inner chamber free in which one or more rollers are arranged which rotate at a constant distance from the inner wall of the annular die, with one or more introduction devices for the fodder matrix and the one or more additives into the interior of the annular die press with cooling of the pelleted mixed fodder, characterised in that one or all the several solid additives are introduced to the annular die press before the pretreatment with steam and before or during the pelleting in the annular die press.
