<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of consecutively supplying power to a load even though another power supply device is not used separately, and achieving simplification or the like of device constitution. <P>SOLUTION: In an electric double layer capacitor constituted of a plurality of capacitors, when the power is supplied to the load from the capacitor being a part of the plurality of capacitors, the remaining capacitor is charged, and the power is supplied to the load by using the capacitor being a part of the plurality of capacitors. Namely, the power is supplied to the load 104 from either the capacitor 107 or the capacitor 108 of the electric double layer capacitor 106 through a voltage conversion part 109.
