PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information asset management device capable of managing information assets, especially, managing relation between the information assets created by a plurality of applications in a level of contents. SOLUTION: Application software 151 can perform file output in a text format having a tag structure, and edits the information asset. A plug-in module 153 can input a text document having the tag structure, and generates attached information. An information asset server 110 embeds the attached information generated by the plug-in module 153 in the information asset edited by the application software 151, and it is stored in an information asset database 111.
