<p>A multitower energysaving distillation apparatus used for ethanol purification, comprises a crude distillation column (1), a rectification column (2), a methanol column (3), a high quality column (4) and a heatconducting oil boiler (5). The top of the crude distillation column (1) is connected to the middle of the methanol column (3) by an ethanol delivery pipe. The rectification column (2) is connected to the middle of the high quality column (4) by an ethanol delivery pipe. An ethanol product condenser (47) is connected to the bottom of the high quality column (4). A loop is formed between the top of the rectification column (2) and a reboiler (11) of the crude distillation column (1). A loop is formed between the top of the methanol column (3) and a reboiler (41) of the high quality column (4). A circulating distillation loop is formed between the crude distillation column (1) and a heater (12). A circulating distillation loop is formed on the top of the high quality column (4) by an ethanol delivery pipe. Two loops are formed between the boiler (5) and a reboiler (21) of the rectification column (2) and a reboiler (31) located in the bottom of the methanol column (3) by heatconducting oil flow pipes, respectively.</p> |
