Yogurt containing deep sea water is provided to take lactobacillus and deep water in which the mineral balance is good and improve the storage nature, fermentability, and taste. Yogurt containing deep sea water comprises the following features. Instead of the normal milk, in which the moisture is very much contained, as to the manufacture of the yogurt, condensed milk(the evaporated whole milk, and the evaporated skim milk) which removes the moisture from the normal milk and is concentrated or whole milk or the fat-removed powdered milk in which the milk are dehydrated and dried by adding deep water or desalination deep water in order to enhance moisture concentration until the same moisture ratio of the normal milk is fermented after adding yogurt or spawn.
