A plastic fastener for wire can be fastened and unfastened without the use of a tool through the structure the tension for fastening and unfastening are delivered down to the body part. A plastic fastener for wire comprises a body part(300) which is formed in a symmetrical shape with a center space and has a curved portion on the inner side, a head unit(320) which is integrally formed on the top of the body part and has an insertion hole(380) in the center, an acting portion(330) which is integrally formed in the center of the body part so that the body part is contracted with the pulling operation, and a fixing unit(340) in which a band and a combining hole are formed so that a wire is fixed on the top of the acting portion.
