An output circuit for data of semiconductor device is provided to control slew rate according to data output speed by varying the capacity of pre-drive according to the frequency. In an output circuit for data of semiconductor device, a controller(20) outputs a control signal corresponding to the frequency. A data output buffer(22) receives data signal and controls the slew rate of data signal by a control signal. A controller determines the frequency as the Cas latency. In the data output buffer, a pre-driver outputs pre-driving signal by varying the number of driver selected according to the control signals and driving data signal by the selected driver. |
