PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction apparatus capable of performing variable speed reproduction of a reproduction data in such a state that a user easily listens. SOLUTION: The reproduction apparatus 1 for reproducing the reproduction data composed of speech data, includes a CPU 161 for executing: a first reproduction plan creating program 163b1 for creating a first reproduction plan from current to future time point, according to a reproduction speed indicated by operation of an operation section 15 by the user; a second reproduction plan creating program 163b2 for creating a second reproduction plan from current to future time point, in which the first reproduction plan is corrected by solving an optimization problem as a linear programming problem by using a linear programming, based on the created first reproduction plan; and a reproduction program 163b for reproducing the reproduction data according to the created second reproduction plan.
