PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of peeling a recording medium from a heating roller without damaging a printed state at the periphery part of the recording medium, and performing frameless print. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes the heating roller 350, a pressure roller 351 to press the heating roller, and a peeling mechanism to peel the recording medium passing through a nip formed between the heating roller 350 and the pressure roller 351 from the heating roller 350, and includes a peeling mechanism for frameless print 300 sticking to the opposite surface to the surface where the recording medium is brought into close contact with the heating roller 350 as the peeling mechanism.
