PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power distribution device having such a structure that "a device for communication performance improvement of power line communication" which has been heretofore proposed can be easily installed without increasing costs and without performing mounting construction in a power-failure state. SOLUTION: Breakers 1 (a, b, c, and d) disposed on the power distribution device 8 are characterized in that outlets 5 (a, b, c, and ) having insertion slots 6 into which a plug that a device 12 for improving communication performance of power line communication or a power line communication device 11 having an amplifying and relaying function can be inserted, has the insertion slots 6 disposed while connected to cable runs extending from switches 4 (a, b, c, and d) of the breakers to indoor power distribution line connection terminals 3 (a, b, c, and d). With the configurations, the devices 12 and 11 are easily installed without increasing costs and without performing mounting construction in a power-failure state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
