The invention relates to a current rectifying arrangement for rotary electric machine with inner ventilation, that comprises a heat sink (16) that is part of the current rectifying device of at least one phase of a rotary electric machine, said heat sink including passage openings (519 for the flow of a rotary electric machine coolant and bearing at the outer periphery thereof at least one module (100) including a common holder (10) bearing the current rectifying members (93, 94) of a phase of the machine, wherein electric insulation means (17) are provided between the outer periphery of the heat sink (16) and the common holder (10) of the module (100). The rotary electric machine with inner ventilation includes such a current rectifying arrangement with a heat sink. The invention can be used for an alternator or alternator-starter of an automobile.
