PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin cured by an UV ray, a method for producing the same and a resin composition containing the resin cured by UV rays. SOLUTION: The resin cured by UV rays is produced by an adduct polymerization and a ring opening reaction of a (meth)acrylic ester, a glycidyl (meth)acrylate with a substituted or non-substituted acrylic acid derivative, contains at least 50 wt.% terminal vinyl groups per resin weight and has 40-100°C glass transition temperature (Tg). In relating to the resin composition containing the resin cured by UV rays, the composition imparts high hardness, excellent scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and anti-electrostaticity to a substrate as a surface curing film of the substrate.
