A system including nonvolatile memory is provided to prevent data loss by setting a control signal and address, used in system on/off, supplied to the nonvolatile memory. In a nonvolatile memory(240), a power switch(SW) supplies or interrupt external supply voltage in response to command. A power detector(210) supply a low voltage, ascending to stable level in switch on and descending to a stable level, than the driving voltage of the nonvolatile memory. A memory control unit(230) compulsively inactivates control signals indicating the writing of the nonvolatile memory in response to the low voltage signal. |
