PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a more proper weather information report to a user by displaying weather information automatically, even when, for example, weather information requiring a warning exists in a remote place. SOLUTION: When an instruction for starting display processing of weather information is inputted from a user (S10:YES), weather information corresponding to a map display range when displaying a map with a prescribed scale reduction based on a prescribed designated position is acquired (S20). It is determined whether weather information of rank 1 is included in the weather information acquired in S20 or not (S30), and when the weather information of rank 1 is included (S30:YES), a display scale is set at 30 miles (S40). This scale reduction is a scale reduction capable of displaying all the acquired weather information.
