The tool e.g. clamp (33), has a position sensor (12) positioned at a position of center punch travel adjusting units (47, 48), and an identification sensor e.g. wireless sensor, identifying a signal or identification data of a contact positioning tool (10) when the positioning tool is placed near and/or integrated to the setting tool. A memory is connected to the position sensor and the identification sensor, and arranged to record the data delivered by the issued by sensors for delivering to a signal/data processing unit e.g. microprocessor.
