METHOD OF ENCRYPTING AND DECRYPTING DATA, AND BUS SYSTEM USING THE SAME

A method for encrypting and decrypting data and a bus system using the same improve security of transmitted data on the bus by encrypting the data and decrypting the data by referring to a synchronization signal. Data are encrypted by operating data transmitted to the bus and the key stream generated from the predetermined key. The encrypted data is transmitted to the predetermined module through a bus(33). A synchronization signal which becomes on in a section to transmit encrypted data through the bus is transmitted to a predetermined module.
