A method and an apparatus for measuring the quality of video call using the TV-OUT function of a mobile terminal are provided to transmit image reproduced from the mobile terminal through the TV-OUT line of the mobile terminal to the video call quality apparatus and measure the quality of video call. A video call is generated between a calling visual terminal(10) and an incoming visual display terminal(20). The calling visual terminal and the incoming visual display terminal transmits generated image to video call instrument for measuring quality through the TV-OUT line by using video call. The received video of the incoming visual display terminal is extracted from the received image of the incoming visual display terminal. The transmitted image of the calling visual display terminal and the received image of the incoming visual display terminal are synchronized.
