PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof rail mounting structure capable of preventing a roof part from being locally deformed by a load from a roof rail. SOLUTION: The roof rail mounting structure is equipped with a rail reinforcement 20 composing a roof side rail 16, a roof rail 40 having a leg part 38 fixed to the rail reinforcement 20, and a pillar reinforcement 30 which is connected to the lower side of a fixed portion of the leg part 38 of the rail reinforcement 20.
