<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate a brush pen with only a person's index finger. <P>SOLUTION: A brush pen holding implement 1 has a finger inserting hole 2 which keeps a finger inserted from one side to be fitted, and the brush pen 5 is mounted on the other side of the brush pen holding implement 1.
