PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel wherein a display medium is effectively driven and image quality is not degraded. SOLUTION: In the information display panel for displaying information such as an image by forming cells using diaphragms in a space between two facing substrates at least one of which is transparent, having a display medium composed of at lease one sort of particles and having optical reflectance and electric chargeability therein applying a potential difference between line electrodes formed to face both of the two substrates to apply an electric field to the display medium, and moving the display medium; line electrodes formed on the substrates are constituted of cell-shaped electrode portions each formed in conformity to a cell shape formed by the diaphragm and thin line electrode portions connecting the cell shape electrode portions and having width thinner than the width of the whole line electrodes, and the diaphragm forming a cell having the display medium therein is disconnected on the corner portions of the cell.
