A rear vision mirror for a vehicle is provided to minimize a dead zone where a driver can see during driving a vehicle. A rear vision mirror for a vehicle comprises a mirror unit(50) in which non-spherical progressive lens domain is divided at regular interval along parallel to its body; a main body(10) supporting the mirror part, and installed to the vehicle. A refractive power and eccentricity ratio of each non-spherical progressive lens domain is gradually increased from inner side of the mirror part to the outside. The refractive power of the inner side area is gradually increased in order to be identical to that of the center area from the parallel center area to perimeter contacting with the center area. The refractive power of the outer side area is gradually increased in order to be identical to that of the center area from the parallel center area to perimeter contacting with the center area.
